If you are interested you will need to check with your insurance company to see if telehealth is covered. if your insurance does not cover telehealth the client can pay for the services directly. We have worked with Kaiser and Premera clients from their home. Medicare covers telehealth however the client needs to be located at a facility certified for telehealth services.

CONNECTing TO MY TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT?

1. Go to your PATIENT PORTAL. Remember you need GOOGLE CHROME WEB BROWSER TO SIGN INTO YOUR PATIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT ONLINE.

3. Your computer needs to be EQUIPPED with A MICROPHONE AND WEBCAM and you need a SECURE INTERNET CONNECTION.

HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT VIA THE PATIENT PORTAL?

  1. FIND your APPOINTMENT DATE IN YOUR LIST OF UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MAIN SCREEN

  2. CLICK “JOIN MEETING”

  3. ALLOW AZALEA HEALTH TO ACCESS YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE BY SELECTING “CONTINUE ALLOWING WWW.AZALEAHEALTH.COM TO ACCESS YOUR MICROPHONE”

  4. WAIT FOR DR HEDGE TO JOIN YOU
